Candidates should be detail oriented and enjoy working in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. The Executive Assistant Intern will report to the Executive Coordinator.

Part-time Internship, Spring 2020

Voto Latino offers all interns college credit and a stipend of $15/hour up to 29 hours per week.

  • Draft and prepare all donor acknowledgement letters
  • Research and prepare media briefing memos for CEO
  • Record CEO’s receipts and expenses
  • Assist CFO in monthly reconciliation, audit preparation
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Be enrolled in 4-year degree program
  • Two years experience
  • Experience meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work individually and in a team environment
  • Be a strong self-starter who is highly organized
  • Creative problem solver
  • Consistent record of juggling multiple tasks
  • Demonstrated commitment to and awareness of Latino civil rights and/or issues of social justice
