Since his very first internship at HBO at age 16, Carlos E. Hernandez has sought to elevate underrepresented voices in mainstream media. A first-generation Salvadoran-Angeleno, Carlos graduated from the University of Southern California (USC), where he majored in Music Industry with minors in Organizational Leadership and Communications as a Gates Millennium Scholar. He went on to study in Japan and the UK, and later worked for AEG Latin/Goldenvoice, the Motion Picture Talent department at Creative Artists Agency (CAA), and Brillstein Entertainment Partners.
In 2018, Carlos founded talent management company, IKIGAI Management, which brings to fruition his vision to bring radical integrity and true diversity into the cultural landscape of Hollywood and beyond. Representation matters. What we see is our reality.
