Eduardo EstradaSenior Vice President and Private Client Advisor II, Bank of America
Lalo Estrada was born and raised in El Paso, Texas and is a first-generation US citizen. After high school, his parents returned to Mexico but he stayed in the U.S. and worked as a bicycle mechanic to put himself through college at UT El Paso. Working 40 hours a week while studying fulltime was a challenge but he knew it would be a worthwhile investment. Originally a film major, he switched his focus to finance because he knew that a successful career there would allow him to make a positive impact on people’s lives by teaching them about financial literacy. After graduating from UTEP in 2004, he started his career in investments/banking and got to work fulfilling his mission. Lalo obtained his securities licenses in 2006 and soon moved to Austin seeking career advancement. Being in finance his entire career, he is most passionate about empowering people with the knowledge of how to make smart financial decisions to get ahead in life and it’s what he enjoys most about his profession. Lalo has been a finance professional for over 15 years and now works for Bank of America Private Bank as Private Client Advisor.
