She has served as digital principal consultant and trusted strategist for nonprofit organizations like Human Rights Watch, SEIU, Amnesty International USA, The Chesapeake Bay Foundation, Ocean Conservancy, The American Diabetes Association and CARE to mention a few. She has a proven track of developing digital campaigns focused on outcomes, impact, ROI, growth, and increased engagement. As a digital strategist, she has developed a wide range of digital advocacy, fundraising and grassroots campaigns and solutions, leveraging channels and tactics across all levels of the digital conversion funnel, including email, website and eCRM management, social media, display advertising, search marketing, SEO, content creation and strategy, conversion rate optimization, marketing automation, SMS, digital analytics and mobile apps. Prior to working with nonprofits, Rosa served as Senior News Producer at Terra.com, a leading global digital Spanish content company that produces content across multiple platforms in 18 countries. Rosa was part of the founding team of Terra's Miami operations for the U.S. Latinx market. Rosa is originally from Mexico, but has been living in Washington, D.C. for the last 14 years.
