Sandra Sánchez is the Director of Digital Engagement at Voto Latino, where she oversees the email program as well as strategizing on other digital projects for the organization. As a Latina born of Nicaraguan immigrants, Sandra has dedicated her career to moving forward progressive causes and campaigns, with an emphasis on her passion for building Latinx political power. Prior to joining Voto Latino, she worked as a Digital Writer at Anne Lewis Strategies and a Digital Strategist at Revolution Messaging, where she executed digital fundraising programs for a range of progressive non profits and candidates. She was also the Individual Giving Specialist for the National Latina Institute for Reproductive Health, where she managed and implemented NLIRH’s individual giving fundraising strategy around their core issues of fighting for reproductive justice for Latinxs across the country. Sandra began her career in state politics when she interned for NARAL Pro Choice Virginia as their Advocacy and Communications Intern during the 2012 Virginia Legislative Session and as their On-Campus Intern during the 2013 Virginia state election.
