The killing of Renee Nicole Good, a 37-year-old U.S. citizen and mother, by an ICE agent in Minneapolis is not an isolated tragedy. It is part of a dangerous and ongoing pattern of abuse, escalation, and misinformation within federal immigration enforcement—enabled by failed leadership at the highest levels. Congress has a constitutional duty to act.
